This program offers a range of mentoring options, including 1-on-1 and group mentoring efforts. At The Center For Black Male Mentoring, we are dedicated to empowering youth through innovative programs and community outreach. Our goal is to educate, elevate, and empower our future leaders through substantive support and resources for local youth, their families, and our regional community, while providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to learn, grow, and thrive. Today, M2M is a community of mentors, young men, families and local leaders committed to improving outcomes for young inside and outside the classroom. In a position of such influence to the mentee and their community, choosing the right mentor for underserved youth is critical. The 100 delivers mentoring training at our annual conferences and regional training workshops, which are open to the public.
